If you want to be eligible for year-end awards, you MUST submit your scores by Monday, Oct 5.
Use the forms on the NDA website to submit your scores and volunteer hours for year-end awards. This is the ONLY way you will be considered for ribbons and trophies that will be given out at the year-end awards banquet in November.
