Jennifer is a USDF bronze, silver, and gold medalist and is certified in Eckart Meyner's Balimo work, Core Dynamics Pilates, Equilates, and other movement modalities.  Jennifer will help you learn how to apply basic body awareness techniques to improve your riding and overall well-being.

General Information and Costs:  
  • Mat Sessions and riding lessons will be on Saturday and Sunday.  Riders are encouraged to sign up for both days if possible.
  • Lecture and Introductory Mat session will be on Friday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Valiant Fitness.  The address is 5550 So. 59th Street, Suite #13 in Lincoln.  
  • Lesson Fee is $150/ride and $35.00 for the two-hour Friday meet and greet/lecture/mat class.  All riders should plan to participate in the 2-hour Friday evening session and are also expected to participate in the one-hour mat class each morning before the riding lessons begin.   
  • Auditing Fee is $35.00 for the two-hour Friday evening session; $25.00 per day and an additional $10.00 per day if you also want to participate in the morning mat classes.
  • Please bring a mat and towel and get ready for some great education and exercises. 
A limited number of stalls will be available for the lessons Saturday and Sunday.  
Registration deadline is April 7, 2022
