NDA Educational Events

Our Education Committee is working very hard to provide you with some great events for 2021.

Dolly Hannon Symposium
October 23 & 24
Please join us at Coda Cavallo Riding Academy, 11707 North 126th Street, Omaha, NE 68142 October 23 & 24 for an unparalleled educational opportunity!
Dolly will be providing education for participants and auditors showing dressage development “through the levels”. Western Dressage and Classical Dressage participants will be riding jointly through the day. Beginning with Intro, progressing through Level 3/Third Level. The day will conclude with Prix St. George and Intermediare I freestyles.

SCHEDULE for BOTH DAYS
8:30 am Introduction with Dolly
9:15 am   USDF Intro Level Rides
10:30 am USDF Training Level
11:30 am USDF First Level / WDAA Level 1
12:30 pm Lunch/Educational Presentation
  •  Sat:  Equine Rehab
  •  Sun:  Equine Body work
1:15 pm USDF Second Level (Transition 1st to 2nd) 
2:15 pm Transition 2nd to 3rd, and upward from 3rd
3:30 pm USDF Third Level / WDAA Level 3
4:30 pm Freestyles PSG and I1

Movement and Body Awareness Series  Jennifer Kotylo

Improve Your Riding Through Movement - Jennifer Kotylo 

Jennifer is a USDF bronze, silver, and gold medalist and is certified in Eckart Meyner's Balimo work, Core Dynamics Pilates, Equilates, and other movement modalities.  Jennifer will be discussing simple movements that can unlock our bodies while riding.  The aim is to improve your riding and your horse's way of going! ​

​Bring out the yoga mats and notepads and enjoy the interaction sessions with Jennifer.  A total of five sessions are scheduled and the cost is one time $50 for all five sessions.  The sessions will be a combination of lecture and exercises and will be recorded.
The sessions will be Saturday mornings on the following dates:
          May 8
          June 26
         August 21
         September 18
         October 30

COST:  One time fee of $50 for all five sessions.  Payment can be made with check or PayPal ($1 processing fee required for PayPal).
